COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool

At TELUS Health, our customers and our team are our top priority. As part of our efforts to safeguard the health and safety of our team members and customers, we’ve launched a COVID-19 self-assessment and referral tool. Developed by medical professionals, public health experts and infectious disease specialists, the tool follows Public Health guidelines and helps Canadians find the best resources to assess their condition in the comfort of their own home, empowering them with information to make better health decisions.

Guidelines are changing on a daily basis, so check back often.
